Please note can currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping is FREE! Your order will be sent from New Rock in Spain via courier to our UK site and then on to you via next day courier (in some cases they will be sent direct from Spain). Your order will be sent as soon as possible and most arrive in 6 to 8 days, however we recommend allowing up to 21 days. We endevour to keep our stock information up to date, however occasionally your boots might not be in stock. If this is the case we will contact you via email to see if you'd like to wait or get a full refund.

Conditions of return
WE DO HAVE TO INSIST RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION NAD PACKAGING! We simply can not accept goods if they have been worn, soiled, abused or maliciously damaged or otherwise not in the state that they were sent. The goods MUST be returned in their original packaging regardless of the reason for return.
There are some circumstances where we must reserve the right to charge a fee for restocking, we always will tell you in writing when we feel this is necessary, for instance on orders where a customer orders the same item but in multiple different sizes and then returns most if not all of them for a refund. The fee will be is equivalent to 30% of the value of the goods returned. You do however always have the option to a free exchange instead.

We will then issue you a printable label which you can print off onto any ordinary piece of paper and fix it to the front of your package.
Just pack your return back up securely, attach this label to the front and remember to include a brief note with a few details on it for us.
It is very important to include the following information as failure to do so can lead to lengthy delays processing your return please include:
Your Name, and order number (which is on the top right of your invoice)
The best telephone number to contact you with
If you are returning an item for exchange then tell us either the new size you require or the alternative item, or
If you returning an item for refund then let us know it is a refund you prefer
